Best Dog Friendly Destinations In Europe

What is a dog friendly accommodation? Dog friendly means different things in different places. Each property sets its own guidelines for accepting dogs, from accepted breeds to house rules and fees. Some hotels boast dog policies online, but websites don’t always have up-to-date pet policies. Many properties have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms, which book up quickly during high season and school holidays. Some hotels charge a cleaning or damage deposit. The only sure way to ensure that your pet will be able to check in with you is to make arrangements and call or email before booking before you travel. Make sure your current choice is dog friendly and can adapt to your breed. Ask about extra fees, the dog’s access to the property and whether your pet can stay in the room unattended. Then it’s time to pack your dog’s leash, favorite pet food, and bed and go!
