Our managers at We Love Pets Belfast are husband and wife team, Karen and Phil. Karen has many years of experience working with animals, including working as a dog groomer 35 years ago. Karen began her career with animals working as an assistant trainer and jockey in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Since then, Karen has owned a pet sitting business in South Africa for eight years. Karen said: “I look forward to working with the animals every day, providing love and enrichment to the animals and getting to know the owners. I am an animal lover and especially enjoy walks in the countryside.
After nearly 20 years as an executive in a corporate environment, Phil is really looking forward to joining Karen and leading their branch. A true animal lover, Phil is also very sporty and loves the outdoors.
Phil, Karen and the team are 100% dedicated to We Love Pets. All are DBS checked, fully insured and trained in pet first aid. They strongly believe in never walking a dog to ensure the safety of both dog and dog.

We offer a dog package for each breed and visits will depend on the length of your stay, your dog’s age and their needs. Your dog can then go for a walk with canine friends.
Pack walking involves walking a large group of dogs together at the same time. It is not safe for dogs, pedestrians or the general public who encounter them. We will never take your dog for a walk, which means they spend more free time enjoying the walk than being stuck in a van picking up other dogs.
