At Hidden River Cabins we believe in providing dog friendly accommodations. All dogs are welcome to sleep in the house as long as they have their own bed on the floor.
Wooden dog houses in the Lake District will give you a quiet and relaxing vacation and your best friend! Pet friendly holidays may be available and we understand that as pet owners, we encourage dogs here. There is a nice wood stove in the living area, the dogs will love to sleep next to it.

Cabins With Hot Tubs In The Lake District
There are jobs in the area where you can take your dog, such as Honister Slate Mine near Keswick. This led to the last working scale mine in England. Why not take your dog to the Beach District and enjoy one of the many great walks it has to offer.

Walk your four-legged friend on the river with the freedom of the whole forest. There is also a long National Trust walk along the River Lyne which dogs love. Dogs especially enjoy Secret River Cabins as they have plenty of room to roam outside the log cabin, as the cabins are secluded and private, a great place to enjoy a dog friendly cabin close to the lake district.

All we ask is that your dogs enjoy the woods and river around you taking care of them! Please do not leave dogs unattended in rooms for obvious reasons. We clean our pets’ areas carefully to minimize problems with allergies.
It’s hard to find a dog-friendly place in Lake County. At Hidden River Cabins you can bring your dog for free. Unlike other kennels, we do not charge for dogs. We ask that you clean up your dog if it gets stuck at home. It may also be a good idea to have your dog wear a collar with his name on it if he wants to go for a short walk around the yard.
